Terms of Service

The Photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the wedding events and sessions. The Client is granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the images for personal purposes only, including printing and sharing online with friends and family. The Client shall not use the images for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Photographer.

The Client hereby grants the Photographer the right to use the images from the wedding events and sessions for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, marketing materials, and contests.

The Photographer will use professional judgment in editing the photographs and delivering the final edited images. The Client will receive the final edited images within [Number] weeks after the wedding date through an online gallery or other agreed-upon method.

In the event that either party is unable to perform its obligations under this Contract due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemic, etc.), both parties shall make reasonable efforts to reschedule the photography services. If rescheduling is not possible, the parties will not be held liable for any damages.
